LIVING AREA

Relax in the open living area, furnished with two rocking chairs and a plush sleeper sofa. Watch a movie on the 55” 4K TV with Apple TV and a DVD player, or break out the provided board games for good old-fashioned family fun.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare home-cooked meals and beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with sparkling quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The dining table provides ample seating with four chairs and a banquette.

BED & BATH

Perched on the second floor, this two-story unit sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, a 40” TV, and a large window with partial ocean views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Also on the second floor, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a 32” TV. Across the hall, a full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Providing added convenience, a half bath is located downstairs.

OUTDOOR AREA

A balcony off the living area overlooks one of four pools and offers partial ocean views. Dine alfresco at the bistro table for four.

As part of the community at Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club, you’ll have access to a plethora of amenities during your stay. Great Stay
This was a great place to stay! Not only the property itself but the condo was awesome! Clean, comfortable, and easy access to the beach and pool. My family and I love St. Augustine and this condo just added to the love. The only setback, (if it can be called that) is the master bathroom door sticks, My wife and my daughter needed help getting out!! Lol! Got them out, but the memory is the best!

Quiet Condo
We stayed here for a wedding. The condo itself was very clean, very well equipped with everything in kitchen and elsewhere. The decor furnishings were modern and up to date. The only downside was the steep stairs if you have anyone who can’t go up and down stairs very well. And the Master Bathroom Toilet has a narrow area between it and shower. Anyone who is larger will feel uncomfortable in that situation. Overall, I give it 5/5 stars

Overall Satisfied
When we arrived the main office was closed. We did not know that we needed a parking pass which you can only get from the main office. Therefore, we had to stay up most of the night worrying about our car being towed. The unit however was very nice, great location. The comforters should have been cleaned. If I could suggest anything it would be to have the parking pass in the unit for your guest and make sure the comforters are washed. Otherwise very well maintained property.

Cute condo
This little condo is perfect for a family with young children. There is an entire set of plastic dishes for little ones and all surfaces are easily cleaned up. Our biggest complaint is the internet. I work from home and even though I don’t want to work while on vacation, that isn’t always an option. We had to (many times) use our cell phones as hot spots in order for me to read and respond to emails. It was a big pain. Also, the back door needs to be addressed. Even my teenage son had trouble sliding it open. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and its location.

Nice place
Updated, clean and modern. Bunk beds helped for family of 5. Nice furniture, big kitchen table, beds were comfortable, nice washer and dryer, bathrooms are small but updated and modern. Unit is surface clean but someone should deep clean kitchen drawer/cabinets, utensil holders, etc a little better. My suggestions compared to other units we’ve stayed in: we only had 7 bath towels for a family of 5. Which is fine but required us to do more laundry. Pots, pans and baking sheets are way past life and should be replaced, and add some more. Should have a hairdryer in each bathroom. While there were two beach chairs, they were small, rusted and old. While I know that is a “nice to have”, is standard at beach properties these days. These finer touches would make the unit exceptional and are small and easy fixes.

Beautiful Condo
This was an unexpected stay as we were originally scheduled for the gulf prior to the hurricanes hitting. We were excited to still have a Florida vacation. The condo was great with nice decor and updates. The location was great because there weren’t any condos to the south and it was a protected area. The condo community was very quiet and nice. Owners were super friendly. There is a view of the beach but not as much as I expected. It wasn’t a beach front property but just a walk across the courtyard and down the stairs. During our stay there was an unusually high tide (I think they called it a king tide) causing us to only be able to access the beach during low tide without getting wet. We did drive less a mile south and had easy access even in a higher tide. Overall it was a nice stay. The pool was cold though, so be prepared for that if you go when it isn’t so hot out.

Great family getaway
We stayed the week of the 4th of July and had the best time. Our three kids were comfortable in the bunk room and enjoyed the easy access to beach and pool. Condo had adequate kitchen equipment and the large dining banquette was great for our family. It’s very convenient to walk to and from the beach which was not overcrowded, even on the 4th. We will definitely stay again. We love Summerhouse.

Pretty but...
This condo is really nicely renovated but the sliding glass door didn’t open so we couldn’t sit on the balcony. I tried to get it repaired but gave up after a few days. We also had a huge roach in the kitchen as did my sister in 218 which landed on my shoulder!

Great location on a quiet beach
You can see the beach from the condo and the walk there is easy and quick. It was too cold for us to swim but the pool is also an easy and quick walk away. You are across the street from Fort Matanza. To get to the historic district, you must drive but the drive is not far. The condo itself was very clean, nicely updated, and well decorated. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy. We did think it had a grill but it does not have one on the patio. Just FYI before you buy anything you were planning to grill. This was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful place on the beach.

Private beach experience
We had a great time even with a tropical storm mid week. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like we had our own private beach as there were very few people there. I would only recommend adding nonstick cookware, a few wine bottle stoppers, and a more comfortable couch.

Family Vacation
The place was nice & looked exactly like the photos. A couple things I would change is the sliding back door is EXTREMELY hard to open & close. There was a bit of a bug issue. We seen palmetto bugs a few times throughout the down stairs area. There was also no grill which put a damper on our dinner plans throughout the week, but luckily there are some on the ground by the playground areas. Overall it was a great stay & we enjoyed ourselves.

Summer house
