"I would say my stay was very good. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. We had a flight cancellation which made us miss our first night and the hotel offered to refund it without me having to ask. The area around the hotel is decent. If you enjoy walking it is a good choice. It was my first time in Seoul (from Canada) so the learning curve was pretty steep but after being in Korea for two weeks I can confidently say that this is a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is also decent."

"Had a wonderful stay here. Room was comfortable. Not huge but great if you plan to be out sightseeing most of the time. Daily breakfast is delicious, more Japanese than Korean. Nightly ramen served for guests was delicious comfort after exploring all day! My favorite part was the spa downstairs with hot/cold pools, sauna, and showers.
