"Hotel28 is a really pleasant experience with the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Seoul. Wish It was a little more spacious, as the bed had barely enough room to the sides. It is also right in the heart of Myeongdong, so you can spend your entire stay exploring, eating and shopping in one of the most popular tourist areas. There’s also literally a Din Tai Fung in the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is also across the street from Lottie Department Store and not far from the subway...

"First time going to South Korea and I feel like this place really helped us get an introduction to Seoul. From this hotel we had various access to all entrances of the subways and buses which was only a few minutes walk. It was easy to find and get to plus it if you got hungry you could always hit up the CU convenience store in front or the numerous street vendors that set up in the afternoon. Close to the train station and bus stops, yet still very quiet. The laundry came in handy too. Only negative being the lack of machines in the gym given the space available, and the very long lift waiting times (not set up well at all with two separate buttons, and often result in stopping on every floor with a full lift/nobody waiting).
