"Overall our experience was good. We had a great server named Gihan. I needed a pen to keep score on a game I was playing. The next day when I showed up he came over with a pen.i thought that was thoughtful. Our drinks and food were served quickly. I had no complaints about the staff. "The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price."

"Even though we booked this 9 months in advance there were no rooms ready, not because they were busy they just weren't ready. We had to wait an hour for a room to be cleaned. The showers were freezing. The bathroom grubby. The picture online is nothing like the hotel it must have been taken 20 years ago. The building is old and tired. "Part of this hotel is under renovation. Improvements are being made but the service is excellent as provided by Dilan, the owner. This hotel has a huge lake right behind it and it is sanctuary to wild life. Very quiet and peaceful. I strongly recommend it."

"Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room. After multiple calls to the front desk and waiting for maintenance, it took hours to fix, and even then, we only had lukewarm water. The entrance was dirty, the towels were old, and there were no amenities provided. The bed was okay, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Definitely not worth the stay."
