The parking was not assigned so sometimes had to park away from the room which made unpacking or packing more challenging with the large trucks/sleds beside the room we were in. Also very noisy on the lower floor and with the heaters turning on and off. No temperature control was observed."

"The property itself was older but reasonably well kept. The room was clean on arrival but housekeeping services were haphazard, if you needed anything done you had to ask, nothing was done otherwise. (We stayed for a week)The breakfast was certainly adequate and the pool was lovely but to get to either you had get dressed and go outside. Most of the staff were very pleasant and happy to help. There were some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Reasonable for overnight or short...

"The staff here is excellent. You have to remember this is an old hotel therefore some things are run down. They do need to keep more utensils in the kitchen units. We have stayed here numerous times and have had no problems"
