"Stayed for 3 nights while working in Hull. Friendly and helpful staff at reception at all times. Surprisingly good sleep all nights stayed. Very comfy, cosy bed. Great size shower with good water pressure. Quite. Parking right at the back of the building. Easy to get in and out of the city by car. Yeah, very happy with this stay, would/will definitely stay again."

"We had two rooms , my sister in one and myself and my daughter in the other. Our room was clean and comfortable, my sister's room appeared to be the same on arrival but later on in the evening when she opened a cupboard underneath the hospitality tray she found two half eaten pizza 's in boxes and mouldy garlic bread. She reported it next morning and the receptionist took note and was mortified to hear of it. However on returning from our day out they were still there so she took them down to...

"Lovely room. It was an accessible room which we hadn't specified for, but much appreciated. It felt like an en suite. Strange to have a double mattress on a king base; why? Gave it 8/10 so would definitely stay there again! "

"Clean, comfortable and quiet. Although hotel is between busy roads the double glazing is amazing and didn’t hear a thing. Air con worked too. Only moan is the towels are tiny. Great for one night stay. "
