"The Rocky Gap was a stop on the way back from Maryland Live Casino. We find the place very quaint. I thought the rooms would be more updated, but they were fine, they were clean. The casino is a smaller Casino. It's still a very nice Casino. It would be a beautiful place to visit in the summer as they have beautiful grounds . If you're a golfer that's for you. They also have a small Beach which is nice. I think I'd stop back to visit in the summer. We were there Thanksgiving weekend. Overall it was a very nice time."

"This is our second year staying here in order to go on the Christmas train ride. It has always been clean and staff are friendly. The only issue we had this year was our tv went out and we called the front desk, they said to wiggle the cables etc and the internet may be not working. We tried all that, but it didnt work. We just decided to head to bed early. Other than that fluke, everything was wonderful. Small breakfast, with just enough options for kids and adults. We will stay here again no doubt. "

"Would have gotten almost all 5 stars if they had taken the time to plow or shovel the parking lot as people left. Had to walk through 4 - 6 inches of snow to get in and out of the car with my stuff. That's hard for a 67 year old woman with arthritis. Staff was especially helpful once inside. Very pleasant which is why I chose to stay there on my return trip home. Will stay there again. "
