The owners give guidance on how to care for their place so it stays in a well kept condition and also have informative signs to indicate where things are kept. Their lodge is pleasantly decorated with an up north theme and they even had it decorated for Christmas, which was festive. "The place is located right on the lake with a beautiful view from the 3-season porch (awesome 4 panel patio door that opens up to the porch). Nice neighborhood with people walking the roads enjoying nature. Plenty of seating inside and outside, towels, linens, kitchen appliances, coffee makers and everything else you'd need for an enjoyable stay. "

"Stayed with my wife and dog over the thanksgiving holiday. Loved the simple Nordic styling. Great location, walk to the sawmill saloon and access to cycling trails. Only things that could maybe be improved are the bathroom door not having a handle to really grab onto to open close. And only having 1 dish town and hand towel. "
