"The cabin was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. A bit concerned about the safety of the stairs to the lofts. Surprised there is not a railing. I climbed the stairs to peek at what the loft looked like, but never went back up. With socks on, the steps were slippery. One suggestion would be a real couch in front of the main level tv. The futon is not comfortable to sit on for very long. "

"We had a perfect weekend staying at the cabin. Collin was really helpful. Checking in was a breeze and the cabin is well equipped with everything you could want. The cabin is located at the end of a pennisula, which makes it very private and the perfect place for some time in the North Woods!"

"We had an amazing time at this cabin. The sunsets are very pretty and it was quiet most of the time. We stayed six nights and we are likely to return again. The hosts are amazing. They live next door and when the was a threat of severe weather, they let us put our car in their garage. We appreciated that."

"Stayed with my wife and dog over the thanksgiving holiday. Loved the simple Nordic styling. Great location, walk to the sawmill saloon and access to cycling trails. Only things that could maybe be improved are the bathroom door not having a handle to really grab onto to open close. And only having 1 dish town and hand towel. "

"Stayed here for the weekend and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was a beautiful home and property. It was the perfect mix of cozy cabin and modern home. I was in the area to do a trail run so wasn’t at the place the entire time, but it was definitely a place I could hang out all weekend. Lots of outdoor seating and relaxation areas. We sat on the dock and watched an Eagle “go fishing” for its breakfast. There are basic model kayaks and a canoe. We enjoyed the short drive to nearby hiking trails and Hayward. Patrick, the host, is very quick to respond to phone calls and messages. "
