"The location is fantastic, walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had 4 people there for most of the time and the unit is spacious and very comfortable. I brought a bike to get in a couple of rides and loved having the security of the garage to store my bike. We enjoyed several beach and bay walks, just a few minutes walk to be on the beach at the ocean or on the path around Mission Bay. We liked it so much we plan to return next winter!"

"Within 12 hours of arriving we had a medical emergency. This house was conveniently located 5 minutes from the hospital which allowed us to go home, freshen up, and return back to the hospital. Because most of our time was spent at the hospital and we could not cook, the variety of food places within the general vicinity was appreciated. I’m thankful for the house being clean and offering all the amenities we needed during a very stressful time. "

"We loved staying here! It was perfect for all the Marine Corps graduation events for celebrating our grandson. So convenient to everything at the MC base, the airport, and close to all the stuff we wanted to take in while in SD, like Balboa Park, Point Loma. Extra bonus that we could walk right into Old Town from the house!"

"Ideal house in a great location. We recommend visiting Mike Hess Brewing and enjoy a cold one in the biergarten, and dinner at Brigatine located just blocks away from the house. A relaxing and comfortable stay."

"Well appointed home with full kitchen, even a frother. Attached garage, very quiet neighborhood walking distance to beach. Small pool and a hot tub. Grocery shopping within 5 minute drive. As rush hour is south to north in the morning and north to south in the evening, easy access to San Diego attractions during the day. Just 20-25 minute drive to zoo, balboa park, seaport."

"The home was clean and the listing was accurate! The house is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. Having a garage to park our rental car in was super convenient!! The owners have thought about all the needs for those renting the home. We will definitely rent this place again! "

"The owner of Great Casita provided excellent communication both before and after our stay. The directions to the property were clear, and the instructions for using the TV, skylight, and other features were easy to follow. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—we only wished we’d stayed longer to take full advantage of it! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the Farmer's market held on Thursdays. Looking forward to next time!"

"The house is located in a great central spot close to all the great San Diego attractions. Check-in was easy once I received instructions. House was clean and it was well stocked, plenty of space for my family of 5. I didn’t have any issues. The weather was nice. I would definitely consider staying again, perhaps in the summer so we can take a swim in the pool since it was too cold this time."

"Perfect location, right between the beach and the bay. Very walkable and very close to many restaurants, a mile from the grocery store, and was only about 15 mins from everywhere in San Diego that we wanted to visit.The house itself had all the amenities we needed and the floor plan was nice with an area for everyone to spend time together but also gave everyone their own little space. The host was also great and very quick to respond with any questions or information on the area!Thanks so...

"A good place to stay if you aren't picky. Clean room. The bathroom exhaust fan is not working and also, the toilet paper holder is located in an awkward position. You have to some acrobatic stunt hehehehe. But otherwise it is clean."
