"EASY COMMUNICATION !!very easy to check in ! very clean !! it gave us home vibes 🥰we also loved how there were waters in the fridge for us as well as ice, seasonings, snacks , breakfast, coffee, etc! all we need to do was bring ourselves! rooms r very comfortable! loved the ac ! loved loved loved the shower and mirror with LED lights ! We r def booking again with Kevin !!! WE APPRECIATE U SOOOO MUCH KEVIN 😁❤️we WILL be back !!!!"

"We had to evacuate due to the Bridge Fire. We stayed at some local motels for three days and then decided to make a mini vacation out of our evacuation. So, we looked to San Diego. "Nine members of our family had a great time at this place. It is an amazing location where you can walk to food, coffee, and bars. It is literally at the beach and near many volleyball courts. The house works well for a group. We were 4 couples and a single and all had our own rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend."

"We booked this property to relax outside and enjoy the end of summer, and this house did not disappoint. The location is perfect, a two block walk to restaurants and coffee shops. A 10 minute drive to other parts of La Jolla. House was well equipped with everything you need and the hot tub was perfect on cooler evenings. We would definitely stay here again!"

Alessandro was my contact person who reached out prior to my arrival. he was very professional and detailed oriented in leaving explicit directions on the procedures of entering the property. He could not have been helpful from check in to check out. The property was tastefully decorated & the view was incredible… The beds and linens were perfect & kitchen stocked with the essentials. "What an amazing trip!! This house was perfect and everyone had space. The backyard was a hit!! The BBQ, the pool, the slides, and the hot tub is where we spent all of our time. The communication with the host was also 5 star. We had some change ups through the time between reserving and checking in and the host was amazing and accommodating!! We will for sure be returning for more family memories ❤️"

"Overall the home was absolutely lovely. Parking was hard. Many times we had to park 1/2 to a block away. Not a huge deal. But next time I’d just Uber from this spot unless you’re going far out of town. The pillows were hard. That’s the only complaint and that’s just a personal preference. "
