"Checking in took too long. It took the desk person about 20 minutes to check in the person in front of us, the other desk person did not offer to step up and check us in. That being said, parking was ample, good coffee and a very comfortable mattress."

"Overall the stay was good, but upon check it I made my reservation through Expedia at 2:50pm and went to check in around 3:00pm. I was told I have to wait 20 minutes for it to pop up into the system but waited nearly 1 hour and 14 minutes. As we were traveling that could have been time to relax or do something, so that was upsetting. We had to continue to check until I believe a manager looked up my Expedia reservation which was there. "It’s cool. Like meh cool. I wouldn’t say don’t come here and I wouldn’t say, OMG you have to go there. Make sense? It’s a teensy bit pricy but it’s an experience. My kids had fun. I thought it was okay. Check it out for yourself though. "

No welcome, saying thank you for choosing the Weston, no enjoy your stay. Just rude. The app told me to park in ramp B. It was a freezing cold walk all the way to the hotel. "
