"I've stayed here many times. It's convenient to most of Williamsburg but tucked away on the bypass which makes it a quiet location. Staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are adequate for most people."

"Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through."

"Very beautiful property and staff was very nice. Rooms are clean and beautiful. It was not quiet though. Unfortunately a lot of noisy guests. I checked in just before midnight and the guests on my floor were slamming doors in the hallway with phones on with loud music until 2:30am. I had driven all day and then had to get up at 5:30am to drive all day again. "Check in and check out was quick and easy. The hotel was very cute and so clean. Our beds were comfortable. We were there for a show at the Altria Theatre and it was an easy walk. There are many restaurants in the area also."
