"Visited for a long weekend with family. The house was as advertised and much more. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could need. The bathrooms had plenty of TP, tissue boxes in each room, lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Location is close to restaurants, retail and more. Safe, comfortable neighborhood. Love this place."

"Four families with kids ranging from 3 months to 16 years stayed at the house for a wrestling tournament at the Podium. Each king bedroom was large and comfy. The bunk room was massive and a family of 5 slept in there comfortably. The game room and theater were a huge hit for the kids. The beautiful kitchen with large island was a perfect gathering place for the adults while the kids played downstairs. The hosts provided extra toiletries in case yours were forgotten and welcome snacks....

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location, right on the river for our early Thanksgiving meal with family. Since it was late November and rainy, we were not able to appreciate all of the amenities, including the river, playground, and yard. The view of the river was gorgeous! "

"A cute little house that gets the job done for 2-5 people. It is small and although it has good modern updates, signs of it being an old house exists such as sticky doors that don’t latch well. A bit of a stretch to call it ‘high end.’ There’s only one bathroom which has the only mirror in the house. Would benefit from putting up other mirrors in the bedrooms so as to not occupy the bathroom for things like hair/makeup. "

"I stayed here with my Son and Daughter-in-law, my experience was a wonderful one. The cottage is very charming, very clean, and cozy. The owners are wonderful, very accommodating and enjoyed when they hung out with us at the pool. This is a 10 out of 10 top notch place in my opinion, and I will be returning in the future. 🥰❤️"

"Perfect for our family. My only wish is we had access to a ktichen. But we did have a microwave, mini fridge and a sink with set of dishes. Plus oatmeal, snackes, seltzer and so many tea options. "

"We loved this house! We loved having access to the garage, it made unloading so much easier with the kids. The house was clean and ready for us! The hot tub gets changed between each guest, so it didn't get up to temperature to use it the first night, but was great to have the rest of the stay! The game room and movie theater room were big hits, especially the pin ball machine! It was nice to have good quality paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex, and plenty of towels! "We stayed in the Ohio Cottage from December 23-28. The house was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. The common rooms were small, but comfortable. The owners provided a beautiful Christmas tree for our family and it was appreciated.The owner, Elliott, was responsive to questions thru text messages. The location is ideal with a short walk to the Riverwalk and downtown."
