"Even though in a basement, it was bright and cozy. Rooms were spacious and we were never tripping over each other throughout our 3 night stay. Enjoyed lounging in the living room at the end of the night and watching movies. Very close to a lot of amenities and Whitworth University (the purpose of our trip). Hosts were very kind and responsive before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend over a hotel. "

"I was impressed by how well kept it was and you had no problem with random people walking in the building or coming in and out. Also I was able to cook a meal and warm up a meal after dinning out. I will be making that a place to go when in need a place to stay in Spokane. And I will also let my friends and family know about this spot."

"Easy access to the convention center as we were in town for WMEA. Communication was efficient and everything worked without a hitch in terms of access and the appliances in the unit. Apartment was clean and comfortable and warm - a welcome refuge from slopping through the snow and icy slush outside. Like others mentioned, there is still quite a bit of exterior noise outside on the street, even in January. But we would rent again. But also, the kitchen could use a spatula. :-)"

"overall, no complaints about our stay. the place was exactly where i wanted to stay and was perfect for a two-night getaway. communication was odd and sporadic, no responses when i reached out (honestly thought i got scammed until 3:01 when that check-in email came). it is real, though and very cute apartment!"
