"The property was stunningly beautiful, it was only outdone by its customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were met by Mr. Bryan Smith, who was everything one could hope for in a first contact. Our original room, which was a mini suite was dirty for some reason. To make things right, Mr. Smith upgraded us to a full suite. The view was breath taking, as was the room. The only complaint we had was that the previous occupants left a piece of clothing in the room. Considering our first room was uncleaned, i question the housekeepers throughness when cleaning the rooms. Later during our stay, Mr. Smith made sure to check back in with us, which we appreciated. Additionally, we would like to point out that the bar/restaurant was enjoyable for being on property. The bartender Kelly was very friendly and a delight to be around. We have decided to stay here again during our next trip to spokane. "
