"This home provided beautiful water views through every window facing Spirit Lake and was a great location for our family trip. The water views included the large window looking out from the upper loft area. On the main level, the open floor plan between the kitchen, the dining area and the family room let the family be together even when different activities (making dinner, playing board games, conversations) were happening. The outside deck was close to a sand beach and a boat dock, which made transitions during the day very easy (playing outside, going for a boat ride, grabbing a snack, etc.). The parking worked well for our family as well. Tammy was very easy to work with and communicated well. Thanks, Tammy!"

"25 years after we all met at college we came from all corners of the country to celebrate a marriage 10 years and 3 kids in the making. For 3 days we celebrated on a farm in Dunnell, MN, where our friend has lived with his BRIDE and children for 10 years. While we didn't take advantage of anything the Lake had to offer, one of the house guests was the baker of the wedding cake, and we were able to make a 7 layer 2-tier wedding cake in the kitchen of this home. Comfortably. With 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We all highly recommend this listing for rental. It was a perfect vacation home. Until next time!"

"Okoboji had record rains this spring, and that caused some flooding into the vestibule for our hotel building. The smell was awful, and we had to hold our breath going in and out of the building. Apart from that, the rest of the stay was fine. "

"Though there were some unfortunate, uncontrollable circumstances caused by Mother Nature, my friends and I had a great time. The house provided enough space for all of us, and its location allowed for easy access to everything without the hustle and bustle of the busier areas near the lakes."

"We had a great time here using it for lodging during our wedding. The deck was beautiful and overlooked little spirit lake. We were even able to catch a couple fish from the deck! Decorations were so cute and made the property feel so modern. It definitely gave tiny-home vibes (in the best way)! The door lock and key were secure. The A/C worked well and we had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I would suggest be added would be a lamp in the bedroom for softer lighting than the fluorescent overheads."
