"We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year."

"This was a joyful holiday stay. The apartment is spacious enough for two. And extremely well equipped. The location was delightful and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made the stay even better by being friendly, but not constantly 'checking on us'. There was the added bonus of the owner's dog wanting to sit with us while we sipped Tuscan wine in the shade in the afternoon. We stayed in a private accessed Casa with two floors which had a private kitchen whilst ant the same time we were able to enjoy the shared facilities such as the tennis courts and swimming pool with the rest of the villa. "This property and the hosts are wonderful! The home is beautifully updated and comfortable with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor spaces are also wonderful and very comfortable. The view from the large patio is spectacular! Silvia and her husband were very gracious & accommodating hosts, they brought us a beautiful bottle of local red wine and some cookies to enjoy. "Zuerst, Herr Biondi ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf einige Dörfer. Das Rustico hat großen authentischen Charme früherer Zeiten. Was man vielleicht eindeutiger erklären muss. Die Anfahrtsstraße von Pescia ist abenteuerlich schlecht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und rutschig. "we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!"
