"We loved the location and the view from our balcony. The bed was comfy and the room very decorated very well. The one and only complaint that we have is that we never had any hot water. Hot water is a much needed thing, especially when you're out exploring all day. Talked to the property manager and she told me to wait a few minutes so it could charge. Our thoughts that they don't have a big enough water heater. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!"

"We loved staying at the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. The room was always kept clean and there was no street noise. The included breakfast had an amazing assortment of fresh food including smoked salmon, cheese, pastries, meat and much more. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room was modern and did not show any wear. We highly recommend the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. It deserves the name "Luxury"."

"This hotel has no courtesy. They allow you to book a room for the night after 9:00 pm. But you will not be able to access the rooms then. They were not willing to help out even a little bit. Very disappointed. Also a very confusing hotel to navigate. "

"The room was fine, it’s a 1st floor on a busy street so a bit noisy. The staff were shouting for about an hour while cleaning at 10am which was not helpful when I really needed a rest. The shower was small and a bit janky, the pillows were hard, but the mattress was nice; I could have used an extra blanket. "This place was great! You can tell it’s been renovated and the owner/staff was super responsive to all the messages and questions I had. They even recommended a transportation service to Mount Vesuvius and they came right to us! The staff/owner was super friendly and they showed us how to work everything. "It was a great location to Centro and the ruins, train station. So clean bed was so comfy I slept in lol! They offer snacks and water at the front. Fridge is in the room and the bathroom with a bidet! Shower is thin so if you are curvy and are looking for a long shower this one may not be for you, but to get clean 💯"

"We came an hour and a half earlier than I had communicated to the owners. They immediately came to meet us to open up for us. Very friendly. The property is in walking distance from the airport (just a few minutes), which was great as we had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. They wanted us to pay cash, which wasn't a problem for us, but is something I wish I had known beforehand."
