"I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "We had a beautiful stay at Terra d’Avqua Resort & Spa. The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English. The rooms were lovely and the pool and jacuzzi were great. The hotel is by the beach (small road in between) and there were free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. The pizzeria served the best pizzas ever! Would love to come again."

"Nice hotel with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff; they upgraded us to a bigger room for our group of four adults without us requesting it. The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia, just a 15-minute walk away. "The best part of this resort is the restaurant. Donato our waiter was awesome and friendly. He went above and beyond to please us. He made our meal that much better. The food is outstanding. Everything we ate was delicious. The room was okay but we did experience some mold in the bathroom. When we told the staff, he just shrugged it off like it was nothing. One of the restaurants was closed for good and the resort had limited events. We only stayed one night so it was okay. "

"We loved the spa facilities and the modern room. The cleaning crew did a great job in ensuring the room was clean. However , I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning chemicals in the room. Despite keeping the windows open, the smell still lingered for hours. The breakfast was adequate. "

Fabulous hotel!

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town of Gallipoli. It's a peaceful haven in a perfect location and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of seating areas on various levels. The staff are amazing! The breakfast staff, especially Alessia and Alessandra looked after us really well. The reception staff were excellent, especially Antonio. They even sang to me on my birthday! We travelled as a group of four and all of us really enjoyed our week here. We would definitely return. "

Delighting Apartment overlooking the sea

"Absolutely loved our stay in Castro, the apartment was extremely comfortable, clean &typically Italian. We loved sitting outside to enjoy the sea view and ambience of the area. Castro is a beautiful town and located within easy reach of Brindisi or Bari Airports with easy to reach other towns. Lovely restaurants & views. Our hosts were welcoming. Would recommend."
