"Self check in smooth. Provided towels and bath maths, coffee, tea, etc. However, cleanliness of the entire place was quite abysmal. I've stayed in hostels and cheap stays like this all over the world and this was probably one of the worst in terms of cleanliness. There was a used tissue inside a Lou roll, hair all in the shower, and the room I stayed in was like someone had chain smoked in the room without the window open leaving me coughing all night. The kitchen smelled so bad I can't imagine...

When we had a little trouble with transportation for our cruise, she contacted a local taxi company who was there in 5 minutes. It made our day much less stressful. Thank you very much! "
