"I have stayed several times at this hotel and everytime the stay has been very comfy with welcoming staff who are very accomodating. Lovely and clean throughout comfy beds and lovely hot power showers. I have only had breakfast for one of the stays but there was plenty of choice and all was delicious. I would definitely return. "

"Loved our small water view out the bedroom window. Property was clean and well maintained. It was very quiet during our stay— I’m not sure how many others were also staying when we were there, but if there were people around we didn’t know! Loved the city of Plymouth, we were a short walk from some of the main hubs of town, and felt the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. "Our stay was just totally amazing. The Tavistock Town House is a beautiful, very well maintained family home in a perfect central location in Tavistock. Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. All the essentials and more are provided…the welcoming Afternoon tea and milk in the fridge was just the icing in the cake!…will definitely be planning another stay soon !! "

"We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion...

"Very good location for me as it was within walking distance of my destination, parking was easy on street, without much difficulty finding a spot. Room was a good size with microwave, kettle plates and cutlery also iron/board and hair drier. TV was small but adequate with Freeview. I will be coming back here in the future."
