"Traveling with a dog can be challenging, but this particular hotel made the experience easy. The establishment is located directly across the street from the Sparks Marina which was especially convenient in that regard as well. The front desk receptionist was kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and looked exactly as advertised in the photos. "

"I have stayed at this motel several times and won't stay anywhere else because they are the nicest and friendliest staff in Reno. They are always so nice and treat you with kindness. The rooms are always clean and they have the best pet potty areas all over and are very clean. This is the best place to stay in Reno and I have been to 5 star hotels and no one is as nice as they are here. It is so refreshing these days to be treated kindly. It seems like customer service is a thing of the past and everywhere go people are so rude or in a rush. You will love these people and love staying here. Do not ever go to the motel 6 on Wells. They are awful and I had bed bugs the first time I stayed there and they tried telling me the bites were from something else even though we saw one crawling on the bed and woke up with bites all over all of us. Only stay here at the motel 6 on victorian Ave. I'm so serious when I say it is the best place in Reno. You and your pets are welcomed and it's always so clean. Thank you to the staff. You guys make our stays wonderful and we always are so grateful at how nice and helpful you are. "

"Newly built Marriot. Nice clean rooms. All the amenities. Not fancy. Plenty of plugs for electronics though. The staff was great. Bar downstairs and hot food to purchase "
