Also we received an unscheduled guest at 10pm - the bellboy entered the room without knocking as he went to the wrong room. Was not impressed! "

"Unprofessional service, there’s only temporary parking until you check in, then they tell you to go park on the street but nobody tell you that you could be towed, 4 guys were at the entrance, not one helped with the luggage. There’s no WIFI and no Cable TV in the room"

"The hotel was lovely but their hospitality leaves alot to be desired. There was one waitress who smiled and spoke English but apart from that, receptionist was sour and unhelpful."
