"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely...

"The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...

"Stayed here for about 10 days. The area Madaba is much calmer and local experience than staying in Amman but is also not so far away from it. The hotel is a budget hotel and it may show in a few ways with minor issues like hot water not always being available particularly in the evening, so I recommend showering in the mornings when it was always working. But everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very warm, kind, and always ready and offering to help with anything you need. Morning and late at night. They can help you book trips and drivers with prices cheaper than you'll find on expedia. Breakfast was included and was delicious with a very generous portion that I hardly had to eat lunch during my stay. During busier times it appears there is a buffet but when I was there it was prepared just for you. Great stay and great deal for the price! Didn't want to leave. "

"Our stay at sea gate was just amazing, I think anyone with a family should stay here and avoid staying at hotels , you get the luxury of a five star hotel but the feeling of being home , everything you need is available to accommodate you and your family for an amazing time . The place is very clean and the view down to the Dead Sea is amazing. You also have your private heated pool the overlooks the Dead Sea. This place is just amazing all around , also let’s not forget the staff who work there , we were greeted by a nice man at the gate and made our way down to the reception area and that’s when we were greeted by a great receptionist who welcomed us to sea gate and checked us and went over everything that sea gate offers its guest , he made sure to let us know that if there was anything we needed that sea gate will be more then happy to accommodate, he is a great guy and if you go there make sure to see him his name was salman , overall best place to stay at the Dead Sea for families or even couples , thank sea gate for an amazing time . S.Qudah"
