"We enjoy Hilton Garden Inns. This time, housekeeping had not cleaned human hair from the shower wall, left by a prior occupant. That is unacceptable. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and breakfast vouchers were offered. We could not take them up on that. A discount on our bill would have made me happier."
