"I enjoy staying at the Mineral Spa. My only complaint this stay is that the older, not remodeled rooms are pretty run down. Once they are all fixed up it will be excellent again. We also booked a room with a park view but did not receive it."

"The hot tub and sauna were out of order and main pool was cold. The area the pool was in was pretty cold. Parts of the hotel were very run down and not closed off. We had a room on the first floor and we could hear every footstep and word that was said above us. Hard to sleep at night. The was was also cold and then it was way to hot. I know Covid effected this hotel so I wouldn’t right it off but it needs some life and tlc put into it. "

"The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast is the same continental as most places. The staff upon check-in was not that welcoming and continued a discussion with a sales person instead of checking us in. Our rooms were not replenished with shampoo, toilet paper or towels once while we were there and we had to ask any time we saw a cleaner."
