I loved the pool. The parking was across the street so unload your bags before parking. You can access the parking lot building to building as well so give time for this.

Bath tub faucet handle was not placed properly. Interchanged the hot and cold. Handle was suppose to make it easy to operate, yet it wasn't as a normal handle should. No towels in the morning for the pool. Staff was just walking around even if he saw that it empty already.

Not properly explained about key use to gain access to certain areas of the hotel. Door key failed to work and waited outside our room for staff to provide access which was later determined to be due to a dead battery on door access.

The pool was wonderful. The room was nice although fittings were somewhat outdated or worn. the Haywood restaurant served up some delicious food! Didn't like that our room was on the other side of the road to Temple gardens so to go the the pool required going from 4th floor to 3rd floor across the sky walk then back up to 4th floor
