"This is a downtown Hamilton property gem in a depressed area of town. It is conveniently located across from the conference centre. The drawback is that there are many homeless people milling about the dirty and busy streets in the immediate neighbourhood. The property itself was nicely decorated for the holiday season, staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. We would return and recommend."

"Not your average hotel! A learning centre for business professionals & part of the Ivey School of Business at Western University. Beautiful grounds, courteous and friendly service, and an excellent restaurant. All for a very reasonable price. Definitely would go back."

"Gordon on front desk was amazing. I had to find somewhere last minute to stay and I had a lot going on. Gordon problem solved, was patient and couldn't have been more professional or helpful. A little bit far to walk places for older person, but that's not the hotel's fault."
