"Service and cleanliness of the room"

"We were visiting town for a family emergency and booked on a night-by-night basis (as the crisis emerged) for 10 nights. The staff was very accommodating with our last-minute reservations, greeted us warmly each night, and showed personal concern for us and for our family member. They even saved us a fresh cookie when they knew we'd be arriving late! The bartenders (because we really needed a drink when we rolled in just before closing each night) were welcoming and kind. At breakfast the staff would ask for an update on our family member, offered prayers, and even wrote "get well soon" on a carry out container for her. I can't say enough about this place! "

"What a nice discovery! This place is just outside the city but ten minutes or less by car to the downtown area and Fredrik Meijer Gardens, as well as a number of nice restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. There's a good on-site breakfast, too. Highly recommended."
