"My son and I had a great time. The cabin was clean and perfectly sized for us. The only recommendation I have is the lighting. Dimmer switches seemed faulty and lights flickered when on. Lamp light was sufficient enough to not need them but I recommend having an electrician check on just for safety reasons. Otherwise a great place. "

"We were in Fitzgerald for a family funeral. Our family needed and deserved a getaway. But also we needed a place to call home for a few days. We all enjoyed a little nature before and after the funeral and our days there became a bit of healing time though we didnt expect or plan on it. Our host's communication was excemebt. Highly recommended!!"

"First let me say that this is the cleanest house I have EVER been in. It is also has the most organized and well stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We hosted a few friends one evening and everyone was so impressed with the lovely home and gorgeous view of the lake. Eufaula Alabama was a charming town to visit, especially with the Christmas lights in the downtown area. We are so glad we chose this lake house for such a special time.If you...

"My wife and I could not have been more pleased with this cabin. Everything advertised about it is spot on. The accommodations are charming, clean and we didn’t miss a thing. Loved how quiet the grounds are, and the view from the porch, sitting on the rockers as we enjoyed a glass of wine is memorable. "

"Everything was great! The only issue was the road by the lake just before the cabin need to be repaired."

"This was a great getaway. The hosts were so welcoming. We received a gift basket of cookies, croissants and chicken salad upon our arrival. We thought that was so sweet and unexpected. There were board games, cards and other activities available to us. The groundsman was an absolute gem. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only thing i have to say is be prepared to have little to no phone reception because it is in a secluded area in Marion county."
