"Clean and comfortable. Affordable last min booking. Wasn’t thrilled about the $5 “property fee” charged at check in for no additional services besides a minimal continental breakfast. If they want $5 they should roll it into their booking price for a 2 star, average chain. Also, pool was listed as “permanently closed”, though I didn’t expect it to be open in winter anyway for the location. "

"Check in was fine and room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really small and the shower was set up weird (shower head on one side, handle to adjust on opposite wall). Had a room with two double beds, the room itself was a good size. The parking is minimal, access in and out of the parking lot is behind a gas station so was a little tricky to find initially. "Check-in was easy and we loved seeing the fireplace going when we entered the hotel. It was decorated in the fashion of a wooded lodge, which was a reason we chose it. The girl helping us at the desk was sweet and even gave us the name of a good pizza place that would deliver to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. "This place is getting updated, however, the couch/trundle bed in our room was stained and dirty feeling. The carpet on the stairs was all tattered. The rooms are tight and not a lot of room for a family of 4 or 5. They allow people to bring pets to this hotel but people bring their dogs and such to breakfast and that grossed us out. In our opinion there should be NO pets allowed near food. "

"Currently under construction, so not really fair to give a review of chain link fences and bags of concrete. That said the room is immaculate, the bed extra comfy, they have USB ports on the side table, and they got rid of single serving shampoo & soap. Thank you for that Wyndham! "

"Omg love this hotel!! Very clean and beds were comfy. Kids had so much fun in indoor pool. Definitely will be bck to visit flagstaff again. Hotel is near Walmart and a lot of food places were it makes it convenient. So close to NAU too…"

"This place was so cute and super clean! As soon we walked in it smelled clean something that is so rare. The bed was comfortable also smelled clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, 8 minutes from downtown and there were nearby restaurants to eat. Highly recommend "

The girl helping us at the desk was sweet and even gave us the name of a good pizza place that would deliver to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We were on the 1st floor close to front area of hotel but you couldn’t tell because our room was so quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with various choices such as waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt etc… A very nice hotel. "
