"I noticed some women's hair on the shower walls, and there was a hole in my bed sheets, but those are not deal breakers for me. This hotel was in a great location at a great price. The staff was amazing from check-in to check out with local information and provided a map to my room. I will definitely stay again."

"10/10 – Exceptional Service That Made All the Difference I recently stayed at Motel 6 in Flagstaff's Woodlands Village while recovering from an injury and using crutches. Although I didn't catch the young man's name at the front desk, he and his mother, who are originally from India, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. We even had a pleasant conversation about their homeland, which added a personal touch to my stay. They brought extra towels, held doors open, and even came to me instead of requiring me to navigate to the front desk. Their genuine care and concern truly stood out during my visit. It's rare to encounter such thoughtful and attentive service, and I can't thank them enough for their kindness. This lovely family deserves 10 stars for their outstanding hospitality!"
