"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

We had completely underestimated the number of steps both to the property and once in the property. 2. Nothing to do with the property but the local road works were difficult to navigate. In fact put The Met into your Sat Nav not the property postcode then follow your written instructions otherwise you may find yourself going round in endless circles. We would stay...
