"We found the hotel fairly easily, its not too far from the train station and situated along the waterfront. A lot of restaurants and venue's including a cinema are close by and a wide walk way is at the front of the property. We were visiting Lincoln for my birthday and found this hotel to be close to the areas we wanted to see. The room was fine, large bed, big enough shower and nice and clean. We should maybe of aked for a front room as we booked well in advance, as our veiw was to the rear...

"The rooms were huge, spacious and very comfortable. heating and cooling options were great. The lobby and bar areas were done up beautifully for Christmas. We arrived at 2.30pm and they wouldn’t let us check in until 3pm which was a bit annoying. Many of the lamps in the room didn’t work which made reading in bed hard as the room was very dark. Also, the Wotif listing said there were laundry facilities, which we were counting on, but when we enquired there are NO laundry facilities on site and...

"Hotel is big clean. User-friendly with all the amenities. Room was spacious and clean. However, I found the choice of pillows was really poor. Both pillows were really soft and didn't provide much neck support. "

"I liked my stay. There is 1 thing I would have liked. At Holiday Inn, they give you door sign saying "I have popped out". I think you should have these too, so you will know who is off site. "
