"Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "

"Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want. I kayaked everyday exploring the shoreline and watching for birds. "We had a great time! The property fit all our needs for a winter ski trip. We have the Epic ski pass and were looking for a location to get us to some mountains that accept this pass. Mount Sunapee was a quick 15 minutes from the property and Crotched Mountain was 45 minutes. We enjoyed skiing at both! When we were not skiing, the cottage was a warm place to relax as a family. It had all the amenities we needed. We would consider visiting again in the summer to check out the lake!"
