"My room did not have a do not disturb sign on it to stop housekeepers from replacing my towels daily. Pool was colder then expected but I think that also comes from the room which they are in. It is huge so it does not retain the heat well. Jets were not working in hot tub. Breakfast could use a bit variety. Same items three days in a row was rough and I would have liked breakfast to be extended for 30 min or an hour on day-light savings day to give those an extra chance to grab a coffee. "

"Trash outside near pool area was overfilled and spilling over for days. Breakfast was chaotic, all we had available for hot food to eat was sausage and donut holes, everything else was pretty much out as well. Yogurt, fruit, 2 out of 3 cereals empty. Breakfast area was very messy, garbages were overfilling, tables were filthy. Other than all that everything else was perfectly clean, rooms, bathrooms. Staff was amazing and doing the best they can with what they had to work with. The pool area...
