The property is definitely dated and in need of general maintenance throughout. Our room specifically the shower was in poor working order, and the toilet seat was in poor shape.

Bed bugs, a wing was closed because. There were three loaded mouse traps in between the joining room doors with big gaps under them. The breakfast was unattended near closing, I had to find waffle mix in the kitchen and reload the dispenser myself. The other food was dried out and crispy.

Everything was good except breakfast . They need to pick that up a little bit and improve the person looking after breakfast. He was more concerned about his phone that making sure there was food available .

Upon check in we found our room to be dirty, with garbage under edge of bed including gum and balloons as well as tape on top of headboard obvious party in the room as well as clump of hair in shower and razor cover, Called front desk with complaint and asked for room to be cleaned correctly next day, after leaving room for the day and returning for second night the room had not even been serviced at all for our stay either had to go to front desk and get cleant towels myself and all front desk could do was make excuses very poor Client experience!!

We stayed Nov 22checked out Nov 23 everything was fine pool breakfast. We came back thru Nov 29 with a checkout Nov 30th. The difference in staff is clear. Nov 30 no breakfast, no pool, lobby dirty staff rude. Someone should have checked the pool last night and started a clean up them. Some one should have been on the breakfast team at 5:30 am when there was no sign of breakfast getting ready. The shampoo, cream rinse, body wash and lotion were all full of water.People who are thinking of staying you have a 50/50 chance of them getting it right. I want my money back
