"There was an issue with our stay but the manager Rebekka went over and above to make it right. The rooms and property is loaded with extras including a stocked laundry room, Polaroid camera with film, high quality tea, just to name a few. "We travel to Helsinki for the first time and I thought this hotel was very nice. I am so happy that we picked this because with many travel headaches that we did encounter the hotel and Helsinki were the best parts of the trip. Daria who works at the front desk as well as Kelvin we’re extremely accommodating and very polite. They were amazing to us. "

"I am on crutches and there was no attempt to organise accessible room or indicate where I could park. Bed was not comfortable and apartment was stuffy with all windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. Kitchen amenities were great. Lots of activities to amuse children."

"We came from the US to visit a family member, this is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we love it. The price is amazing for what you get, we stayed in the Villas and the apartment was very nice. The staff have always been so nice and the area is just beautiful. "A great location to explore Turku, right in the middle of everything. Nice room with a good bathroom, everything spotless. Excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe, nicer than the usual tired buffet fare. The cards to the local gym and the Polaroid camera were nice touches. The only real complaint was the temporary lack of an elevator. "We had an early flight to Atlanta and had to be at the airport by 5am and staying at Clarion made it very convenient. Their complementary breakfast starts at 4am so we could grab a quick bite and just walk into the airport. Very convenient and stress free. The room was also very clean and staff was courteous. You should definitely consider staying here if you’re in Helsinki. "

Holiday Inn Helsinki - Vantaa Airport by IHG

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Helsinki during a long overnight layover and was delighted with my stay. Overall it's a good quality airport hotel and great for staying around the airport. The rooms were very reasonably priced and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was delicious. The airport shuttle was also very easy to use (comes about every 20-30 minutes, shuttle schedules are posted online and around the lobby which I appreciated). Reception was also polite and helpful. Highly recommend!"
