"My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! "

I selected this property because it was reasonably priced and was rated as an "exceptional” property. The space is nice with good access to the Mayo Clinic. "It was ok but when we came we had to clean first, and fix appliances which the tenants were very helpful with. "
