"Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. "Nice clean and comfortable apartment. Building is old and out dated so the elevator was broken and we had to use the steps and walk 3 flights other than that we enjoy the area pretty nice quiet area!!!!"
