"Very nice property, comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that they should explain how to get in. Its a bit tricky and I had to call front desk, the entrance is gated, so you think you can’t go. But once you get the ticket it opens. It gives the impression there’s another entrance. "

"The stay was better than expected. Nothing over the top but perfect. The property appeared t be a little older but not outdated. It was actually better kept than some newer properties I've stayed at. I did have one issue with the tub having a constant flow of water due to a gasket being worn. It wasn't a big deal but I let the front desk know so they'd be aware. Someone was there maybe 5 minutes later. Had it replaced & fixed in less than 30 minutes which is great considering it was the weekend. The bar was good to go. Great food. This place is easily on my short list of go to hotels in Austin, going forward. Having a bar/restaurant on property is a huge bonus."

"I never received my 100$ deposit, it’s been over a week. Never got room service. But once and I stayed there a week. Really mad I spent 800$ for a week to not get my money back. "
