"Sadly we were only here for a couple of nights, but this place was very nice. I manage vacation rentals myself and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of this place, especially considering the size of it. The house is great for a family with lots of room to spread out. Our grandkids enjoyed tinkling on the piano and playing in the backyard. Would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"We needed to find a VRBO last minute between Ludlow & Hartford large enough to accommodate 5 adults & a dog. A beloved family member had passed. We had several events to attend in a few different locations. This was the only VRBO to meet these needs. I cannot thank Matt enough for his timely & helpful communications. He was also honest about the condition of the rental. I read all the reviews for which most were accurate. The most positive aspects for us were the clean, soft & comfortable beds....

"This apartment is a real gem. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Our hosts gave all the information we needed prior to arriving so we didn't have to ask lots of questions. The neighborhood is very safe with lots of families in the neighborhood walking dogs, etc. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Springfield!"

"Pristine can mean several different things. My interpretation was to be “like new”. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. The original listing stated firewood was provided by the host. Then, the checkin instructions stated guests provided their own. Not huge, just misstated in the listing (since changed). There was a power outage while we were there, thus no...
