"Dated rooms but clean. Toilet seat hinge was broken. Simple repair that housekeeping should report and get fixed immediately. Big plus was the comfortable bedding. Nice pillows and mattress. They also had an airport shuttle. Stay was in February and we arrived in room at 7:30 pm. Heat was turned off so the room was cold!! Thank you!! They knew we were coming as we had a reservation. "Based on reviews, I expected more, but it was fine. The front desk service started strong—two suited-up staffers (a bit much for a 3-star) were eager to explain everything. Funny thing, though—that was the last time I saw them. I went through the lobby 6-8 times, and checkout was just a drop box. The one elevator was very slow, but the stairs were surprisingly walkable—worth using if you're on a lower floor. I stayed in a suite for two nights, then moved to a standard room. "Had some stains on my comforter (they got me a new one) and the back of and behind the bathroom door should be sprayed down and cleaned. But other than that it was clean and quiet. Was a good stay. "

"Check in staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was ok. The hotel is older. My first room had an issue with the water but they gave me a new room within minutes. The heating unit wasn’t working in the second room but they had 2 space heaters. Was too tired to request another change but the heaters did the job. I slept well-the bed was comfortable. Good for a one night stop over."

"A nice cabin in the woods. Only issue was rodents at the property. We had four sighting in three days. Would stay again if they resolved the mouse problem."

"Such a cozy cabin for a perfect weekend stay with friends. Located close to multiple ski spots around the area, coming back to the cabin after to relax with hot cocoa and a fire going on. Right down the street is a shop that sells delicious sandwiches too. Owners of the property were super nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. Hoping to come back soon and check this place out during the summer time to enjoy the lake life!"

"The cabin is quiet, tidy, and comfortable. It is within driving distance of several hiking trails and was a great place to spend a long weekend. The host was friendly and communicative, and made sure that we had everything we needed for a nice stay. "
