"hello just wanted to let you know if you had fans for the upstairs windows then we would have to leave the AC on for half the day,See there only on e window in each room so the cool air dosent come in.maybe a 3 speed fan and it has to fit like 24 inch fan big enough to cool the room...wasted alot of electricity with AC on all the time.thanks the fans are cheap in comparison."

"Property and location is excellent. located just a few blocks of Hughesville Highschool where 14 firefighters from Winburne Fire Company in Clearfield County participated in a variety of different training courses offered. much better than driving an hour and a half each day. after class member participated in games and just general conversations. all were very pleased with the property. If Available will be staying there for future training weekends. "

"My family and I needed a place to stay while visiting Williamsport to support our dad as he underwent major surgery and recovery. I found the Mountain House, saw the photos and it looked like just what we needed. And the house didn't disappoint! It feels like a home, which was exactly what we hoped for and needed - a place to relax in between hospital visits, and place to rest comfortably and make dinner. "This home was very lovely. It was very clean and well stocked. It has lots of cooking equipment and dishes. There was a cupboard of spices and two types of coffee pots. All the bedrooms were very spacious and set up nicely. The living room was very comfortable to lounge in around the fireplace. However, we spent a great deal of time in the dinning room where there was a great table perfect for playing games. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It was just beautiful! "

The home is located in a small quiet village between the Pine Creek and the Pine Creek Rail trail and surrounded by mountain ridges. A very lovely setting. "My daughter and I have been coming to the Williamsport area to go trout fishing and sight seeing. The property exceeded our expectations. It was very homey and comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the deck, watching the wildlife go by. One morning 7 deer walked along the stream, just taking their time. What a sight. We can’t wait to come back next year."

"We were in town for a swim meet at Bucknell. The house was perfect as listed. It worked for us as we needed to go back and forth to the natatorium several times a day so location was perfect. The neighborhood is super cute. The communication was great and the check in process super easy. If we are back for another swim meet would stray again"
