"We loved the hotel and heated pool. We stayed bc we went to a show at Century II. Our stay would have been perfect if we hadn’t had left his Nintendo switch in the room, immediately called that same day and they some how couldn’t find it. Smh. When we without a doubt left it. My 7yr olds son fault for leaving it but the staff could have been honest and returned it. "
