"The property is located in a great location along Maya Beach. It's close to restaurants, activities, grocery store, and a short drive from the Placencia airport. We opted to fly from BZE to PLJ airport on Maya Island Air and rented a car and golf cart. The flight was short and offered unbelievable views.   The property was perfect for our family with plenty to keep everyone entertained and happy! The bedrooms are large, multiple patios with stunning views, a large salt water pool, and the beach was quiet and peaceful. They have lots of cool amenities like paddle boards, kayaks, excellent Wi-Fi, and Sonos speakers keeping the vibe fun at the pool. It's located in a very safe area. The sunsets from the rooftop were breathtaking. We truly enjoyed the people, food, and culture!   We would recommend island hoping, fishing the reef, snorkeling, and the Monkey River if you want a tour in the jungle.   Highly recommended. We will be going back to beautiful Belize! "

"What’s not to love? Every single staff member made every day enjoyable! The rooms were clean and having dining onsite was a huge plus! Free breakfasts were awesome and got us energized for our days! Highly recommend!! "

"We had a wonderful visit at Casa De La Vista! This was our second stop after a visit in the jungle and we were very much looking forward to staying on the beach. The house is directly on the Beach and the view is right off of a postcard. Truly magnificent. It was HOT when we were there and we all (2 adults/2 boys) used the pool every single day. The pool was magnificent because it is covered and offered some relief from the extreme heat while you also get to enjoy the beach view. The house itself was wonderful - I loved the tile flooring and the layout of the porches and decks. It was very well appointed with plenty of beach/bathroom/kitchen towels. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver after staying in the jungle. The kitchen had everything you would need, plenty of glassware and cookware. The air conditioned worked well. The manager was on point - the WiFi went out during our stay and the manager immediately called the internet company to come troubleshoot - they had it fixed that day after several visits. Leo - the manager - also helped organize a rental car and excursions, and was easy to reach and communicate with. Lots of good restaurants nearby. It was a truly lovely stay and I highly recommend this property. "

"We loved staying in this home along the nothern part of Placencia Rd away from the cities and crowds with direct access to the sea. Herbert was a fabulous host who was very positive and responsive to all of our inquiries. The home was well-equipped and our 2 young adult children loved having their own floor with their own bedrooms and bathrooms with a kitchen! The construction next door was loud at times, but not the fault of our host. It looks like they were almost finished. A few men approached us at our private pool and front door to sell things, but were polite when we asked them to leave. We loved having our own pool at the house and the kayaks provided were also very fun to use. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in a convenient location to explore both Placencia and mainland sites."

"The property was a little smaller than we expected, so it was a little less ventilated than we hoped. However, the beachfront was very peaceful and mostly quiet. The location is also very convenient. Whenever we had issues Mirko was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would book again. "
