"We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, beds were confortable, room was very spacious and with a great mountain & lake view and the restaurant in hotel was a plus. We had a great time because we got the pleasure to meet Morgan the singer that played for 2 nights she plays the guitar and sings so beautiful she’s super friendly and very funny!! Overall a great stay."

"The place was easy to find, comfy and clean, and a perfect location for our plans. The gas fireplace was very handy, as was the high chair which we hadn't planned on needing. We had forgotten to pack a few necessities, so my 2 daughters and I extra appreciated the nice shampoo and conditioner that was available. I personally was very happy that there was minimal decor and only hung on the walls out of kid-reach. The see-through metal stairs up to the unit (2nd floor) weirded out my 6-yo but with the ice on the ground I was glad for the extra grip! Only 2 minor things that weren't absolutely perfect for us were 1) it smelled quite musty when we first walked in but not horrible, nothing a little plugin or freshener couldn't fix. And 2, we never found a parking pass we supposedly needed to display, but the trip was so short it didn't become an issue. We would recommend this place and stay here again. "This house was perfect for our family of 5 over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, well stocked with supplies. The pictures don’t do the view of the lake and the mountains justice. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back. "

"The home was, as mentioned on the site, most comfy and welcoming.There obviously was careful thought in making the home have anything one could need during a visit. It is the first time I ever stayed in a place that actually even had a generator (if need be). Honestly, none of us wanted to leave as it just felt like home. There are numerous games for any age range and also all the cooking utensils, equipment for making a Thanksgiving dinner. There is nothing that was overlooked in the planning of this home for guests! But most important was the general "feel" of the home....warm, inviting and festive (with many decorations already in place). Oh...the other very important distinctive feature of this house is the views which are amazing from every large window in the main area, spanning the kitchen, dining area and living room! I can just imagine being there in the summer and spending time on the deck, which overlooks the lake and all the beautiful surrounding areas! Additionally, I have never encountered such an incredibly helpful host! Joe was available and helpful throughout our stay, with every need or question we had. It is most obvious that he wants people to enjoy their stay in his lovely home and ensures that everything is perfect for his guests. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful home this is and when you couple that with such helpful hosts, you know you have found a winner! We already are talking about returning in the summer. "
