"We booked a five-night stay at this property in February, 2025 for my extended family. The accommodations were perfect for everyone in our party. The setting was lovely overlooking forest across the small bay. The neighborhood was very quiet. The outside temperates fell below zero during our stay but the heating system was able to keep up. This property is well ecquipped for summertime activities like fishing and kayaking-- we do plan on a return visit during warmer weather..... "

"Mike was a super great host. The home was clean and cozy. Its perfect for 2 peoole. Might need some instructions on how to use the oven, but overall we had a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and the proximity to stores and food are a bonus. Thanks for your hospitality. "

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."
