"This place is fairly nice, geared toward short or medium stay guests. The furnishings were decent, but basically IKEAlevel and comfort. The hallways inside the building could definitely use some carpeting to keep the noise level down as people are coming and going to their rooms. "Room was very clean and up to date, location and proximity to many places was very convenient. The only complaint from the family was regarding the noise level entering room from street traffic. Road was very busy during night hours. Could hear every single thing all night."

"For Check in after 4pm you just grab your envelope out of a mailbox. No room key just a code. Property right on the water beautiful views. Not modern but clean. Short walk to kings beach along the lake edge. Kitchen had everything you needed and Safeway across the street. "

"Apartment was clean and well furnished. Was much better than renting hotels. Although it’s listed as “sleeps 4,” you have to be tiny people. Both beds were full sized (not queen) and too small to comfortably sleep 2 adults. Size of beds and distance from room to entrance are my only reason for 4/5 stars. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. Be sure to reserve parking before check in or chances are you won’t get any. "
