"From start to end, the service level of this stunning hotel is excellent. A special shout out to Cesar, who met us at the foyer when we arrived and saw us to our car when we departed. A big thanks to the very friendly Edso from concierge, who took us on our morning walk to the falls. The breakfast was delicious, dinner buffet was one of the best I have had. The efficiency and effort of all the staff at the Belmond should set the standard for all 5-star hotels. The icing on the cake? Iguazu Falls right on your door step. It was an unbelievable experience. Highly highly recommend! "

"They are great! Great food and staff, I actually love in here. Too bad the swimming pool is closed :( but it would be nicer soon! Towels smells great! Amazing shower pressure and very safe.
