Durante a estadia tivemos um problema de inundação na região do hotel, aparentemente não há um plano de contingência, o que causa estranheza, pois o hotel está situado ao lado do rio Perequê. Não há vagas disponíveis para todos os quartos, existe um estacionamento improvisado em um terreno ao lado, vários veículos foram atingidos pela inundação, o meu veículo ficou estacionado na região de carga e descarga. O hotel não prestou auxílio na mobilidade de entrada e saída, só era possível trafegar a pé com água até a cintura. O restaurante do hotel estava operando com limitações somente para o jantar nos quartos. O serviço de delivery de Itapema recusava pedidos da região do hotel. Embora com todas estas deficiências o hotel não flexibilizou a antecipação do checkout, negando a possibilidade de qualquer ressarcimento dos valores futuros já pagos..

Atendimento poderia ser melhor. Recepção não é acolhedora, a mais preparada é o rapaz do estacionamento (que é rotativo e conforme disponibilidade - isso é citado na descrição do hotel). Atendimento do restaurante não te deixa confortável, pois força consumo. É sofisticado mas quantidade é abaixo da expectativa. Onde fala para 2 pessoas, serve 1 (sei que não é rodizio ou livre, mas por favor). Quarto, banheiro mofado, lixeira não tem tempa, e por falar em tampa havia lixo/tampa de garrafa do último hóspede no piso, pó em rodapé, controles, prateleiras (tem prateleira em 4,5 niveis e a pessoa limpa ate o segundo pois deve ser de estatura baixa). Pelos encontrados nos lençóis. Elevador é um caso a parte. Um hotel desse porte que tem 2 elevadores mas com ocupação máxima de 5 pessoas. Sem mentira, em alguns horarios vc leva 20 minutos para ir ate a Recepção. Check-out vc imagina então... deixar as malas na garagem e tentar voltar para a Recepção. Enfim, péssima experiência.

Longe do perfeito.
Lado positivo, fomos bem recebidos, quarto confortável, cama maravilhosa, água do chuveiro excelente, aceita pet. Contudo temos os lados negativos, não possui estacionamento para todos os quartos, meu veículo teve que ficar na rua, existe barulho da rodovia, porém não atrapalhou o meu sono, faltou água durante o banho, só possui 2 elevadores e foi o caos.
